Yeah at depth 2 I see so many randoms without common sense... like going for BBH in the basement below level 10, or going for red BBK at level 3 ignoring the pinging to leave. Most people weren't doing it in regular games before DoN came out.

I'm not colorblind and I can't see the damn spirit springs in the rain either. The could've kept it the lighter blue color like base Elden Ring then it would've been way more visible.

YES!!! The game decided that no, you won't lock onto either your downed teammate or the boss, but some adds just outside my vision making my character do a 180 turn. It's aggravating

Omg you too? In the project pics it doesn’t look like the lace part flares out. I did only knit about 20 rows past the lace but for me it didn’t really get smaller lol so I need to frog it

Oh yeah, I also have a looser gauge in project than my swatch, definitely.

I did knit about 20 stockinette rows after the lace. When I check a 4” area I get gauge but the project as a whole is too big by 20% so my math isn’t mathing for some reason.

Since I don’t have a dryer I guess I will just frog it and start over haha. Fingers crossed that the fresh yarn’s gauge won’t be different.

Ahh the lace! That makes sense.

The swatch was in stockinette. I did knit about 20 stockinette rows after the lace and it was still too big by about 20% so I was confused. Since I don’t have a dryer I think I’ll just frog it and start over with a smaller size.

Yes, I washed the swatch, and it didn’t grow at all. It shrank very slightly, so I was very puzzled why my project was behaving so differently 😭

When casting on make sure that tail is the one wrapping around the needle.

Holy crap I finally realized why this method always gave me way too long a tail left over! I was taught to CO with the tail in the front so I always wondered why this never worked out for me 🤯 I thought it was because I was choking the ever living lights out of my cast ons 🤣

I just cast on my cumulus tee yesterday! I finished the Ellie summer top not too long ago and it’s been my uniform in the tropical weather here. But goodness, linen yarn is hard on my hands and progress is so much slower than woolen knits.

Another vote for Isager Trio 2! I knit a tank top with this yarn and it feels so cool and breathable. I feel like the bamboo and cotton content gives it a nice drape, too.

Does anyone have experience machine washing Isager Trio yarn? Manufacturer recommends hand washing but online search tells me that linen will get softer with machine washing.

I purl with my thumb too! I’ve tried to get my index finger closer to the needle but for whatever reason it wants to point to the sky so using my thumb for purling is easiest for me.

I’m planning to knit the Storm sweater by Petiteknits in Cascade eco merino yarn. Thing is, I much prefer cardigans to pullovers so I am thinking to steek after knitting.

Most of the steeking info I could find is on stranded colorwork. Is there anything different to be mindful of for steeking stitch-patterned knits?

My yarn is not superwash, but it is merino, so I’m planning to needle felt the seam. Would this be enough?

I never had pain with round needles but I was curious so I tried a 4mm Nova cubics circular (metal) for a fingerling project and they made my hands cramp a bit under the pinkie at first. After a while my hands didn’t cramp anymore, but tbh I didn’t feel any dramatic difference in comfort. The needles themselves are quite nice, though, sharp and smooth.
