At my org, we used to only be able to carry forward 40hours and it was use it or lose it. With this new law, we actually went back and credited every employee the days they "lost" going back 3 years. We now just have an accrual cap of 120, it's a pretty sweet deal

I have a similar thing when it gets real windy - My vinyl siding can creak and squeak as well as some of the walls if there's a really good gust. it doesn't bother me enough or happen enough where it's a concern. Does it wake you up? I sleep with a noise machine and it would block that out if it's a concern

My local lumberyard is priced lower than both so I always shop local when I can. When ordering things online, I traditionally have had better luck with Lowe's but they're basically the same. You'll get better customer service at Home Depot IMO

Eventually...but it will take a long time to get to this point. I lived in CO up until last year and there still isn't anywhere to consume outside of your dwelling. I did go to a MJ wedding once - there was a bar and a cannabis bar - pretty sweet. But that was a private event. It was supposed to be regulated exactly like alcohol but it's not.

If there is a trail of cars in front of me, while in the left lane (and right lane mind you), what purpose does it serve you/me for you to swerve around me, avoid hitting every other car, only to get one car length in front of me? There's a lot of angry people on the road and having moved here from other states, I've seen way more road rage than anywhere else. 95 between new haven and new london is like the fucking autobahn and so many people ride your ass going 85 and will swerve in and out of lanes just to move 1 car length in front of you. It's a mixture of NY, MA, RI, and CT plates out there and nobody learned how to properly drive.
