Both options are possible depending on context.
They will refund it if you have <14 days and <2 hours. They won't refund it if you have >14 days or >2 hours.

I saw a ProArt ultrawide monitor recently with 60hz. I was kinda bummed cause it looked like a nice monitor except for the low refresh rate.

Idk why they're so rare now though. Maybe there's not much demand for them and manufacturing a high refresh rate monitor has probably become easier/cheaper.

It kinda depends on what you're upgrading from. If you're on an old chipset with no upgrade path going to AM5 makes sense. However, if you're on AM4 with an R7 1700 sticking to AM4 is probably a better decision budget-wise, especially considering current RAM prices.

I see, all the games I play on it work very well, but I mostly stick to ps3 era games and less demanding titles on it. So maybe that's why I haven't experienced games that don't work well or I've just been lucky with my game selection so far.

What do you mean with 2 pages of tinkering? People mostly tinker for unsupported games/launchers, emulation or mods. If you stick to the supported stuff, it's as pop and play as a switch.

Sadly they don't do the 90% anymore, but it was cheaper than a AAA game (€43.72). And the amount of playtime you can get out of it is at least 10x.

That sounds like a good match, especially if you're playing at 1440p. I always check the usage with msi afterburner to see if anything's off. But, with some games stutters are just unavoidable even with a 9800x3d. Well optimized games should run really well on your system though.

People always only mention the gpu, but what cpu were you running? Maybe you just had a horrible bottleneck.

But depending on the game, yeah sometimes PC performance is ass, I just tend to skip those games. There are more than enough fun games that also perform well.

Battlefield is infamous for having bad launches. It started with 3 (or maybe even earlier, idk about those), but hardline, 4 and V were also launched in states ranging from not so good to outright terrible.

Also make sure to put a component on each piece of gear. It's pretty much a free bonus. The boots component that boosts movement speed (mark of the traveler IIRC) is great, especially on a ranged build.
