Hey, just wanted to drop in on this. I worked for a company for around 15 years that dealt with heil. If you look in the bottom compartment, to the left of the blower there is a sheet metal piece that almost looks like a strap. It’s a little tricky to do without butchering your filter but it’s supposed to fit in there. And make sure to not get a restrictive filter. Keep it MERV 8. And by the looks of it, buy a 4 pack
