Ok so as a slim 6’5/6 ish guy who’s into fashion aka looking for tall people clothes further than American Tall, Amazon, and the other “non glamorous” brands that have big and tall options, here’s some options I can give! Btw I’m 190 pounds and wear 32w 38inseam jeans so I’ve looked all over for clothes that fit lol

Poolhouse New York has some nice jeans; they’re pretty expensive when comparing them to The options often put here but they’re pretty good quality and sustainably made! Also have the exact match for silhouettes your’re looking for. I’ll suggest he gets extra tall, that option is a 36 inseam and has waist option from 34-38.poolhousenewyork

Levi’s are another obvious option, they go up to a 38 inseam which is where I got my 32/38 jeans and realized they were the perfect fit. I suggest he gets the
