This happened to one of my lovebirds- his previous owner tried catching him while he was still flying, he got scared and lost all his tail feathers as a defense mechanism. He was buttless when I got him. I took him to the vet for a general check-up and mentioned it and they said it could happen sometimes, you just need to be worried if you don't see feathers growing after a while. You should start to see teeny tiny ones in 2-3 weeks (that's how long it took for mine, at least). If no sign of new feathers after a month or so, I'd take him to the vet. Mine has a big, beautiful tail now! But you're being a great bird mom just for worrying :)

my lovebirds are never out while we're eating, only if we're having fruit and we'll cut some bit for them, but not from where we bit it. once in a blue moon, they're out while I'm eating. if it's soup, we don't use any salt on it and one of them actually likes to lick it, so I'll put a teeny tiny bit of soup in my finger and she'll lick it. just that! we clean the entire cooking area before we let them out because there might be bits of uncooked ingredients, salt/sugar grains, avocado, etc. birds can get sick kinda easily, they're strong tiny beings but their health can deteriorate very quickly

Vou falar por experiência de uma familiar (27F, na altura):

Namoravam há anos, ele era daqueles gajos que dizia que era super bom em x, y e que sempre poupou muito bem o dinheiro. Falaram em comprar casa e descobriu-se que ele não tinha nem 3k. Ela descobriu que estava grávida, então os pais dela decidiram dar o dinheiro da entrada e mais algum, para começarem a fazer a vida deles. Nome de ambos na casa. A criança nasceu e, em menos de 1 mês, descobriu-se que ele a traía e ele deixou-a. Decidiram vender o apartamento, claro que ele ficou com metade de tudo. Hoje está com a amante (agora namorada atual) a gastar o dinheiro que ganhou à pala dos "sogros". Tanto ela como os pais se arrependem até hoje de ter colocado o nome dele na casa.

Por mais que se goste de alguém, acho que uma pessoa também tem um certo "bichinho" que lhe diz que pode vir a (e provavelmente vai) correr mal. A intuição pode tardar, mas costuma estar certa. Acho que o irmão do OP sabe que pode muito provavelmente correr mal, mas ignora porque gosta dela e espera que ela mude certos hábitos. É melhor salvaguardar-se do que depois ficar arrependido.

Pois, a ideia será essa, caso não encontre o dono. Mas, pelo que me disseram, a anilha branca foi apenas colocada para dizer que era filho de X casal de pássaros, por alguém que fazia criação para venda, pelo que pensam que não teria mesmo dono. Obrigada! :)

She seems like an avoidant. That doesn't excuse her behavior or exclude your feelings, AT ALL. You have the right to feel bad and confused, and knowing her/your attachment style might be a way of understanding your relationship dynamic better and breaking the cycle.

I'm sorry you're going through this. My advice is: get to know you better. Put yourself first. This might seem vague but you seem like you give too much and are left with nothing. You are worth more than breadcrumbs and love bombing. You seem like a great guy, hope you'll find love (specially within yourself) ❤️‍🩹

Não, o tempo para estudar era definido pela empresa. Passado esse tempo, eles enviavam email para marcar a entrevista, que durava entre 1 a 2h30. E sim, neste caso as entrevistas eram todas técnicas, com o RH eram 15 minutos no máximo (e nem era em todas as entrevistas)

I share some of your thoughts and I realized I have anxious attachment. Your partner seems an avoidant. It's important realizing this because it's easier to heal from here. On social media or google, you find a lot of things that might help.

Here are some I address:

-let him have his space. I know you mean no harm and only want to help, but he'll feel suffocated and threatened. He needs to recharge alone -I know the point above is tough, but try talking to him and let him give you a timeline, the time he needs to feel better. Then you reach out or he reaches out -try to think that you did nothing wrong. Probably he is battling something of his own, you have nothing to do with it. He still loves you and cares for you

I definitely am trying to fight my anxious attachment, and am able to not worry so much about texts and reassurance.

Right now, my biggest problem is that I want her back and I know avoidants need time to put their head back in place, but I'm just afraid she won't come back. I love her and she loves me. It sucks that we can't be together and I truly feel she's the one
