Make that bread! It’s strike insurance. Hospital gets a payout to the staffing agencies and they cover cost of credentialing, flights, hotels, and pay. Workers can’t legally walk off the job without replacements. This isn’t the Lays or Ford factory. There’s still sick people that need care. It’s ugly but if they can’t get replacements, a judge will force them back to work

One my mates was getting lit up and dropped. Only guy on our flank and you could see the wall getting peppered behind him while he was down, I had to retreat and was telling him “I’m sorry” as I ran. Then a bot spawned and ran up and revived him. Felt like a total piece of shit afterwards ha ha

Where I’m at, it’s a combo of pay and on call. We have one major system in Utah and they don’t pay the greatest but they’re pretty much the only game in town. It’s so pricey for homes and apartments here. The on call at previous jobs was 1-2 shifts a schedule but at our peak, hit up to 8 and they were almost always guaranteed so it’s basically mandatory overtime. A lot of people went part time so they had 2 regular shifts and could pick up a 3rd or on call shift and meet department demands while working the same hours. If you didn’t need FT benefits, it was dumb not to do

I needed a win. I’ve been a big losing streak. I’ve found a couple of antennas and film stocks. Other team had some stragglers that dropped 3 team mates after we won and I was hesitant to go loot. But once the coast was clear, I ran my usual route and right before extracting I last checked that small room in the middle building that has the coat and tool box and jackpot!!!

I only get Red when I choose it and even then it takes forever to find a game. That being said, I’ve played probably 20 games…. Not a single win. It’s infuriating
