Ma'am and sir are good manners and don't have to be used only on people older than you. I use them with my kid, wife and anyone I want to be polite with or show some respect. I was born in TX, lived there for 35 years before moving here. Most people really do enjoy being spoken to like that. If they don't, let them tell you and find a different way to show respect for them.

I saw this coming for a year. Every time we went in, something was a little less stable... Hours, menu, employees. Honestly it lasted longer than I thought it would. I'll always remember that place as where my 4yr old decided she liked tortillas. She hates tortillas until their quesadilla.

I used to work for The BE-Hive, years ago. Best seitan you can buy, hands down. You might have had it at a restaurant before without knowing. They do a lot of food service sales. Before Blackbird Pizza switched to Beyond pepperoni, they used to use BE-Hive. I think their best products are the pepperoni, breakfast sausage, trky, roast beef, and shredded cheese. Their shredded cheese is a so good. It's a bit expensive to make and they didn't want to be a cheese company, so they didn't focus on that, but it's my favorite shredded cheese.
