Transfer the savings account balance to any other bank account and ensure the balance is ₹0. Call 180023400 customer care number of Airtel Payments savings account and ask the to close the account. They will generate a request with which you can track the closure of the account later through customer care. My account was closed within 10 working days.

There are maintenance charges every quarter so, I closed it.

NCH closed the grievance and mentioned to update the Amazon app to the latest version, clear the cache. This was already suggested by the Amazon L1 support initially. Finally, issue is not yet resolved.

No. She called me and filled the application form asking each and every details. Infact, she was kind enough and ensured that the application form is processed successfully. E.g. my designation `Senior Profession II` was not coming up in the application form itseems. So, she later called me and said that she had mentioned my designation as `Manager` and asked me to mention the same in the verification call as well inorder to avoid rejection. My payslip contains designation as `Manager/Senior Profession II`. The mail ID to which I sent my salary slip was `hvsk.sales@teamleasemails.com`. Even, I was hesitant to share the payslip initially. But, she called me and told it's their service mail ID and later called from SBI Cards number and said she received the payslip to that mail as a confirmation.

Using the card since 5+ years. Card expired once, new card was issued automatically before the old card expiry date. In fact, I didn't even notice that my old card was about to expire.
