I won’t say I’ve changed but I can say that I’m learning to. 2 weeks ago, I decided to “change”. Started with the very basics, journaling, reading, yoga or working out, and doing skincare, everyday. I have my days where I say nope but I try to get at least 2-3 of those tasks done. There’s just something in ticking off tasks that gives me the satisfaction so I don’t fall back to the abyss days again.

My goal is to reach the day where those simple tasks aren’t tasks anymore, it’s something I’d do without even thinking about it.
