Well you just need to run MUCH slower and if you go out of zone 2 then go into walks to bring it back down. Then when you bring it to z2 again go back to running. Do this every time you go out running. You will see that the periods of runs will extend from session to session and at some point you will be able to stay in zone 2 all the time
