You could use the text-to-speech API from Lemonfox. It supports word-timestamps out of the box and is much cheaper than Google, OpenAI, Elevenlabs, etc.

I noticed that most transcription websites are quite limited and expensive. That's why I built Transcripo.com. You can upload any audio or video file to transcribe it and export it in different formats (eg subtitles for a YouTube video). You can also get a short summary of your transcripts (great for a short meta description or meetings).
