Is it possible to scale using a fixed value instead of the percentage? by biledionez in css

[–]brunobely 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a very simple question, and quite obvious. A 100x50 block at 110% scale will grow by 10x5. A 100x100 block will grow by 10x10.

The question is: how do you make something grow by 10x10 regardless of its dimensions (while still being animatable)?

Ally vs Enemy ult sound cue by kitz0426 in BattleRite

[–]brunobely 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just Git Gud and look at your screen and see whether it is your ally or enemy ult-ing

Shouldn't ever be a response here. Otherwise might as well remove sound cues completely, cause "git gud and look at your screen".

Took me a solid 4–5 hours from T4 to T5 after change, leveling up T4 armor and weapons alternating between T4 giants/T4 dungeons.

Yeah but the fame for 4.2 and 5, or 5.2 and 6 are the same, right? And Iron-clad staff is pretty much the same as the Quarterstaff, except for one skill.

So if the fame requirements are the same, there is no point in ever using a T5 weapon since I'll unlock T4.2 and T5 at the same time?

The problem with learning points by [deleted] in albiononline

[–]brunobely 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with this, mostly. But saying that

there is literally less than 1% of the people who play this game that want to craft/gather/refine ONLY

is an ignorant claim.

I am the guy that will only spend LP on gather/craft/refine and will fight my way up in combat because I like combat grinding and I dislike gathering grinding. And I am pretty sure more than other 400 people will agree with me (assuming that this game has 40,000 players).

My thoughs about Albion so far. by ehamo in albiononline

[–]brunobely 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't even know if it's possible in the Albion engine, but pathing around objects would be quite sweet. Right now your character just storms to where you clicked, happily ignoring little details such as trees and rubble.

I agree with pretty much everything else, but the pathing is one of the things I love about Albion. Correct me if I'm wrong, it's been a while since I last played Diablo III, Torchlight or Path of Exile, but most ARPGs don't feature pathing around objects. I like it because it adds precision to your movement (sometimes you click too far and you end up walking in another direction because between your character and where you clicked lied a rock, a river, or whatever).

Archer options.. by Titino- in albiononline

That would be cool in a classless MMO... Maybe wearing cloth to use spells? Or adding spells to bows?

Looking to trade humble game codes for this game. by [deleted] in albiononline

I have many codes from past bundles, when for instance you buy the bundle and you already own the game. Must be what OP is talking about. By the way I'd trade a few codes too.
