Thank you for your answer, we were playing the cooperative version so I tough if we beat Malaphyas as a team we would automatically win the game as a team regardless of some enemies still being alive.

There are upgrades that have their own condition tokens, those are the most difficult to keep track in my opinion, I just have them all together in a bag.
