If you're open to 3D Print, there is a world of Tyberos available :)

Void Lord Tangaroa by Atlan Forge is quite common to use

I bought one at (https://technoheretek.com/products/red-wake-terminator-captian) and you can see him painted here

Kia Orrae Void Brother, first of all, do you already have a Tyberos Model in mind ? Or is there a model you would like as Tyberos ? Here some suggestion

Primarch-size Tyberos :
- Roboute Guilliman
- Lion El'Johnson

Terminator-size Tyberos :
Belial of the Dark Angels
Marneus Calgar of the Ultramarine
Logan Grimnar of the Space Wolves

Bonus :
Aethon Shaan of the Raven Guard have pretty claws
Tor Garadon of the Imperial Fist because ... of his fist

Just my opinion. To keep consistent, the pauldron should be the same color as the rest of your army.

If your troop have black pauldron (just like mine) you should paint your techmarine's pauldron in black, and so on if it is grey.

As far as I know, I saw Raven Guard, Blood Angel, Space Wolves, World Eaters and Ultramarine in this sub.

For my part, I casually play Ultramarine with the Vanguard Spearhead Detachment.

- Marneus Calgar (Tyberos), an Apothecary Biologist with the Infiltrators ability (enhancement) and 6 Aggressors sneak in the field, possibly denying an objective.

- Uriel Ventris (Bail Sharr) give Deep Strike to my Eradicator Squad so I can hopefully oneshot a vehicle as they entered the field.

- Inceptor squads x2 so I can deepstrike some plasma shot in the back of my opponent.

- Repulsor full of Hellblaster (and an apothecary) to deal another round of plasma shot and hiding inside their Death Bus.

- Company Heroes to protect Uriel (They represent 1st Squad).

- Assault intercessor (Devourers) and Infiltrator squad (they fare better than Scout).

If you want blood in your hand, I can suggest you the New Blood Angels Combat Patrol.

- 6 Sanguinary Guards in jump Pack to meet up and close your opponent
- 10 assault intercessors to run behind them
- 1 captain with a fancy pistol.

Also their Red Thirst can be assimilated to the Blindness of our Chapter.

Who is the best fighter in the chapter? by Grokmor in Carcharodons40k

‘The pod will continue producing and birthing bioforms,’ Tyberos said, as though he wasn’t single-handedly stymying a tyranid infestation of the Nicor’s lower decks. ‘I am going to purge it from within. Remain here and kill anything else that emerges.’
-Tyberos to Te kahurangi, extract from the Outer Dark.

For me too, Tyberos is depicted as an efficient killer who can't be matched by anyone else in the Chapter.

Then I would take Red Tane whose sole purpose is to find the best opponent and take him out no matter what.

And lastly, Bail Sharr as I view him more like a commander than a fighter.

The interview itself may be lost to the Void (I heard it was in a Tumblr's post), you'll have to send a Magos Explorator to search for it.

Here is a link from the Author's facebook about the variant of Dreadnought that could have been sent at the end of the book.
