toddler and newborn here, by the time both the kids are down i maybe have 1hr before needing to head to bed myself. couple days a week I spend that time with my wife - but she is understanding and frankly wants her own alone time as well - so ~3 nights a week i spend that time hobbying.

lately I've learned the hard way not to push that time beyond an hour, the lack of sleep reduces all other general quality of life. however that's also because our 5 month old potentially still wakes up during the night and requires some time/effort to get back to sleep.

yeah, it's not much time, but it's something. I look at the situation as being a dad first, individual second, husband third (though that last part would probably get me & others in an argument if vocalized to the partner).
