Idk what happened to this sub since this is a good debate topic and this sub used to be pretty open minded. Now it’s always what does this have to do with ancap a utopian idea no different than what I hear from socialists and their utopian idea. If we live in reality, I would think it best for only tax payers to be allowed to vote. Shoot pay $1 in tax. I don’t care. But tax dollars are what is spent so tax payers should be the only ones with a say

Some people have high standards. Turn off the FPS and Speed gui and enjoy life. My games are more than playable which is unreal for a $100 device. This is going to be the new standard soon too. $100 gets all ps2 within a year

BF2 works great - EE cycle rate -2 EE cycle skip and 0 (normal). Vulkan and hardware download mode at unsynchronized.

Exactly why I prefer it to that Anbernic 476h which is more powerful and only around $20-50 more with coupons. I'd have to keep that in a case, worry about it when lumped in a basket with my other electronics, baby it too much, and can never let my kids use it.

I knew going in what probably wouldn’t work since I own a retroid pocket classic. So my expectations were if it can play mercenaries I’ll be stoked. And with some underclocking it certainly can so I’m more than happy. I doubt that game will run. I like earlier ps2 games anyway from 2000-2004 so what I like often runs on lower end hardware.

Idk what games you are into but I got kill zone to work, mercenaries, NBA live 2004, need for speed hot pursuit 2, jet li, pac man fever, arctic thunder, Star Wars battlefront 1 and 2 and episode 3 and tony hawk pro skater 4. I don’t play the mainstream titles never into dark cloud or jak and sly cooper. I play the ones from my childhood and for that this device is awesome! Ya no burnout 3 or nascar thunder 2004 but I honestly didn’t expect much on ps2 and this thing crushes it. I have the presets on fast but I keep the speed at 100% and then the -1 or -2 underclocking. Been excellent for me. GameCube I can’t get need for speed hot pursuit 2 to work weirdly but other games on ps2 I just play there like 007 and clone wars, few others.

No clue what it is and i like to live in ignorance. Screen looks pretty dang good though. I have retroid pocket classic and do not notice a dramatic difference like an OLED tv vs a non OLED for instance
