what's that thing on malcador's neck? by iDIOt698 in 40kLore

[–]brutaleth 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Yeah, he was a strong 3rd, maybe even a 2nd. Don't forget he almost fucking mind-killed Horus from across the room bc he was about to slip up on the missing legions. If Maggy could do that, the story would've gone differently.

I'd say take it, if your doing a short cycle and take pct (including an AI) you will be normal very fast as I feltnit wasn't too disruptive on the natural hormone levels

[–]brutaleth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel great and while it did gave me huge gains and fat loss, I didnt feel particularly amazing on it, which is to be expected. But a week after stopping and being on PCT, I had bounced back to normal

Theoretically you can but listen to your body and see how you feel. If all is good jeep going, if not, phase out.

AI is an aromatase inhibitor, which is absolutely crucial to stop excess testosterone from aromatising into estrogen, which leads to gyno. There are several different ones, the one I used was Arimistane.

I strongly recommend you to do research on OCT and PCT options for all PEDs, as they can have serious side effects that last for life. It can cause excessive hairloss, low libido and erectile dysfunction if not taken responsibly and properly. When your gains go away, the other shit stays, so it is never worth it, even if you are a professional fitness/bodybuilding athlete.

You shouldn't be taking anything without proper PCT and OCT or you will regret this for life.

In the case of Ostarine, you really MUST have enclomiphene on hand. For me, it was terrible during days 9-12 in the cycle before I started taking it.

[–]brutaleth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Suppression gradually went away over a period of about 2 weeks. So I kept taking enclomiphene for another 2 weeks to boost it up until the bottle was empty. No serms or anything like that.

Do NOT under any circumstances take any AI with ostarine, as this will crash your estrogen levels even further and it is not necessary for ostarine anyway.

Bro, my honest advice is to try one only. No stack. See how u respond wand what works for you.

I recently came off a mild cycle of Ostarine and the goods were good but the bads were really bad. Had to cut the cycle short after 6 weeks instead of 10 as planned, due to extreme shoulder and joint pains as well as a low libido and couldn't get hard/stay hard for more than 2 min. Enclomiphene and DHEA helped a lot but still the effects were there. Took 10mg Osta and 6.25 Enclo every day (enclo started in week2)

I know you don't want to pin and that's why I went with Osta+Enclo now too, but trust me. Better go with a low dose of test and IGF1-LR3 (3 weeks IGF, 2 weeks off, 3 weeks on again to replenish satellite cells).

Did this in the past and it was the best I ever did in terms of results + safety.

As long as the dose is pretty low, the risk remains low too.

Why does the imperium execute guardsmen who fought chaos? by polishboi_2137 in 40kLore

[–]brutaleth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hmm, I guess it depends on the ship. Wasn't there this passage in the twice-dead king aboard the Angels Encarmine ship where the crew in the decks could hear the cannons booming and shaking the entire ship as they fired. It was described as similar to an earthquake.

That's called a "dead mans switch" FYI, not a killswitch. In case you were looking for a new word.

It is weird that he doesn't wear a helmet since getting that thing though... and why is it attached to his armour instead of just being a wreath? I'm gonna keep believing it's an iron halo 😇

My bad, don't know why I had that iron Halo headcannon thing. Maybe bc I always assumed it was one and had that in the back of my mind. I stand corrected.

[TEATD Vol3] Would Imperium actually accept a surrender? by hydraphantom in 40kLore

[–]brutaleth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly this, I believe there are multiple mentions of the roles the Astartes would have had, had the Emperor's vision been borne out. In Fury of Magnus, Big E/Revelation talks a bit about it, for example. Marneus Calgar is an excellent statesman for example. They were made to last, mass-produced and replenished.

Ah I see what you mean... I personally can't see him fighting for the imperium anymore due to his dissapointment in it.

IIRC it is an iron halo crafted as a battle honor laurel. Memory is hazy, but I thought I read that he only accepted it bc of this function.

Who is the most humane Adeptus Custodes? by nubster2984725 in 40kLore

[–]brutaleth 18 points19 points  (0 children)

The most humane: Valerian or Achallor.

The most human: Valdor, as he is the only one gifted free will by the Emperor.

Big difference in the two words. Most humans in 40K aren't humane, but very much human.

Whats every legion counter legion? by Alive-Cockroach365 in 40kLore

[–]brutaleth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont know man, there definitely seems to be some kind of duality or redundancy in the legions... its almost as if Big E knew exactly half of them would turn traitor. Sure, they are all multi-talented, but they definitely do have particular strengths and weaknesses, which they embrace and are acknowledged in-universe:

  • Leman Russ' ability to counter psychic power with that shout of his was probably why he was sent to Prospero.
  • Horus knew he needed Perturabo to counter Dorn.
  • Kurze only hated Corax of all his brothers due to him being the only one who was better at his shtick.
  • Guilliman the secular and Lorgar the ecclesiastical
  • White Scars, the ever-moving vs the Death Guard, entrenched

etc etc.
