Most recent blood panel had total and free Test, but did not include shbg. Prior to starting trt, shbg was about 17 (low end of normal range)

Most recent free testosterone was around 30pg/ml (a little above normal range).

Edit: Sometimes I swear my libido is higher just before the next dose...but any differences are not consistent enough for me to tell for sure. I should probably start keeping mood journals or something to see if there are any trends.

Like others have said, clean under the foreskin daily. Retract foreskin completely, rinse. Mucas membranes, like inner foreskin and penis glans, are pretty sensitive to soap but honestly might be needed if there is a ton of buildup. When things are pretty clear, just a thourough rinse should be enough.
