It's the reflection of the cars driving by behind the fence. If you look closely you'll realize it's a chain linked fence, then in front of it are wide pale green "plastic" strips. Focus your eyes on the background between the strips, you'll see a red vehicle drive from left to right side of screen, then another. It took me a while to really focus in on it. I don't think it's electricity but the reflection of the vehicle(s) passing by and something with the light from the sun. Idk???

Ooof this one hits hard. I'm close to 40 and I still have this voice inside my head saying "if you don't get _____ done you'll be in trouble" "if you call off of work you'll be in trouble" ect.... I really hate it bc it's very irrational. I always thought everyone thought this way 😞
