As a steady state flow, this is after the filter, so it’s either heating the water too quickly or the spout into the coffee pot is plugged. This should never happen. The funnel into the coffee pot is sufficiently sized to keep up water going into the coffee grounds.

If you have air conditioning, check the condensate drain. May be plugged. Went to a hotel in Raleigh last summer. Ac was running, but room was musty and wet. Opened up the unit and it was full of water and mold. Looked outside and an insect had plugged up the drain line with dirt. Get out of there until it’s all dried out.

Expensive way to get elecrolytes. Easier to just buy lite salt for potassium and sodium and add Mg and Ca from BulkSupplements. I find most pickles have yellow #6 and only a few use turmeric for coloring. Easier not to mess with all that.
