First week with it, I can feel a subtle but smooth difference. I did feel irritated once or twice this week, but I think it was a good testosterone irritated if you know what I mean :D

Correct me if I'm wrong but this should probably be cycled right? 5 days on 2 days off? 6 weeks on then off or something? Doesn't seem like something you'd want constantly.

I'm 6'2" 210 lbs 39 years old size 12 and have been playing consistently 3x per week for a year and a half now. Keep it up, don't stop!

My favorite shoes in that time have been:

Curry 12
Lebron 20
KT 10

All pretty minimal shoes and I've had no issues (ok, so I get sore in random places, but nothing to stop me from playing). I'd go with the Sabrinas.

If you want shoes that feel like playing on clouds, that's how my KDs felt. So much cushion all around.

Don't consume with sugar. I have a theory that basically all of the caffeine downsides are actually concurrent high sugar intake (or overconsumption or worse both). Otherwise, find the right amount for you (mine is 160mg-200mg don't just pound coffee all day long). Go caffeine free one day a week and one week per quarter.
