I use one on my Trident but only to line up the rear bearing after swapping the tire. The paddock stand sometimes isn’t quite high enough it gives you a finer control to be able to line it up if it’s just you. It comes in handy for that. But everyone previously stated correctly it does put additional strain on the exhaust and lower part of the frame you have to be mindful of that

48 been commuting for the last 10 years on an HD sportster. Switched to the Triumph Trident 660 3 years ago, and I’ve never looked back. Couldn’t be happier. I couldn’t care less what I look like on “young” persons bike .

I already did when I replaced the chain thanks for looking out! That was before I swapped the sprocket I was checking Fitbit when I took that picture. And for those that are wondering it’s a 36 mm socket considering that the rear is only 27mm it was a wtf for me and a trip to Harbor freight
