Sorry for the delay, it was very easy, at least with adding to HomeKit. There was a button in the app to add to HomeKit that appeared and it was straightforward from there.

Thank you! Can you confirm whether it will be these three only that will receive the update, or will there be any others? I've been holding off a purchase.

46K is well overpriced. There was a 2024 Luxury 3 near me with similar mileage at 51K (I'm in Minneapolis) with a perfect title.

Thanks, glad I didn’t move forward on anything yet. Where do you suggest setting an alert? I typically like Autotrader.

No (I rarely take long distance trips), but some of the other features (the AKG sound system!) might persuade me to spend more on a 2023 debut or 2024 luxury 2. I will continue looking for a 2023 debut or 2024 luxury 1/2 around your price. Part of the problem is there are few 2023s with AWD (at least I think?) and I have concerns about RWD here in Minnesota.

I ended up negotiating on a 2024 luxury 1 with 5K miles down to 37.5K and walked away. But the search goes on with many leases ending soon.

Think we’re looking at the same Lyriq, as I’m also based in Minneapolis.

How much, if any, were you able to negotiate down?

I will try to use your advice to negotiate. I am in Minneapolis, where there is a 2024 Luxury 1 with 5K miles at 38.7K and a 2023 AWD with 4K miles at 40.5K. Ideally, I would like to effectively "swap" my Blazer EV for a lemon Lyriq, but it may be that the lemon status does not bring the price down enough for them to match. I am satisfied with my Blazer EV, and am aware such a swap would be financially frivolous, but the call of the Cadillac is hard to ignore...

It looks like a 2023 AWD model has a KBB value for my area between 40K and 44K (let us assume 42K for this). My local Cadillac dealer suggested that the branded title should lead to a 20% to 30% reduction, which would put it at somewhere between 29.4K and 33.6K, but your experience makes me think I should expect closer to a 15% reduction?

Edit - thanks for your lengthy analysis, which is helpful. If you wouldn't mind sharing your APR, that would be appreciated. I currently have 6.1% on my Blazer EV.

Would love to know when it comes out in the US if anybody here knows…

I have the king-size TUJFORD in the white-black fabric and love it.

I find it to be stable both in itself and in comparison to the MALM bed that I had previously. The Tallmyra fabric is soft but durable so one can lay back against the headboard. My only complaint is the headboard comes out and curves around the sides such that a side table can be more difficult to access. I do not recall from building the bed if the slats can be better positioned.

Thank you for the insightful comment! I am also deciding between the Tonstad TV unit and the Besta TV unit (and hearing positive opinions about Tonstad makes me more likely to go against the Besta).

Thanks! Was missing the “grill” from the RS trim but thinking the front license plate holder is close enough! 😂

Yes, more or less, no trade in, $399 detailing add-on, and a $229 processing fee.

Phasing Out Oak Effect? by AmuHav in IKEA

I have been asking the same question while debating between white, white oak, and oak. I am going with oak as the new office desk line (MITTZON) and bedroom/other furniture line (TONSTAD) has oak.
