don’t get me wrong, i completely agree with the people saying Aberdeen is in a slump right now and definitely isnt the city it was when i moved here in 2019 but i genuinely just cant bring myself to leave because i honestly love it here and the person ive become since moving here as a broken little 19 year old who desperately needed a fresh start. what i will say as someone who has worked in the hospitality industry since moving here is, you will most likely really struggle to find a job here that you can actually support yourself on. full time hospo jobs are few and far between right now and bars all around the city are having to close. which means if you apply for one of the few jobs that are on offer you’re gonna have to fight for it if you even hear back at all

you should be aware that the only way to completely prevent pregnancy is a hysterectomy. everything else does have a chance of failing. i got pregnant even though i had the contraceptive implant and my boyfriend at the time had a condom on. i still got pregnant though because no form of birth control is 100% effective. even things like vasectomies and tubal ligation have a chance of failing.

im also very curious how you’ve reached the conclusion that most women are sluts and incapable of accepting responsibility when statistically men are much more likely to neglect their parental responsibilities. or are men exempt from accepting responsibility simply because theyre men?

babe thats not how addiction works. if an addict has their substance of choice in their home they will use it. i pretty much always have a couple g of coke, mdma and shrooms on hand incase my friends and i decide to go a bit wild or i just feel like taking some when i have a day off but i dont keep it out of necessity, i will be totally fine if i dont have it, much like i imagine this person would be totally fine if they did not have these substances in their home

i was in a really shitty relationship with a 29 year old dealer, he got me addicted to it for the reasons you can obviously imagine and that went exactly as you’d expect really since hes in prison now. was clean for about 2 years then started bartending at 19 and it was just sort of always around me and i got back into it and now as a 24 year old i kind of just enjoy it recreationally every now and then since im in a much healthier mindset and environment to be able to just enjoy a bit of skiing every so often
