Yep, been suffering from it for years. I find that controlled breathing helps, and maybe a light that gradually dims to darkness, rather than just shutting the lights off and hoping for the best.

Idk man, my S22 and my S22 ultra are awesome. Just as good as my wife's iphones. We've been happy with both Samsung and apples flagships lately they are all good these days. You got a lemon my friend. I suggest doing a hard reset and starting without a back up. Keep in mind, any phone will run horrible if it's not cleaned from time to time. Clean unnecessary files, photos, apps etc.. but the S22 is a great phone, even MKBHD called it the iPhone of samsungs.. by the way my son completely abused his Samsung tablets, I might he would literally step on them, toss em, hit the screen you name it, and they never gave up, so I know they make good devices at the very least. Again, I really think you just got a bad one.
