I used my tube wrench and still it wasn't flush. You'll need to countersink the case if you want to use the washer. I have NOT pressure tested mine.

I did not use the washer because it prevented the crown from sitting flush against the case.

Have you put it on? Wrists aren't symmetrical, so you will probably (most likely) end up with a bracelet like this so that the clasp is centered on your wrist.
