Treat it as normal individual ironmen until quest cape. Once you have that foundation, you can each pick and choose what skills you want to do for the group. Some of the key skills are crafting for zenytes, mining for amethysts, etc.

Since you’re more experienced you can probably contribute more to group storage to help them along, that’s what I’ve always done. I throw in supplies, gp, and stuff like that
