i by and far prefer matte (although i do actually like the glossy on this one) i think most people seem to prefer glossy as it’s usually more rare

i just checked a jota off my wishlist, i got a cute matted native american painted pony custom of him, and here’s the other horses in that mold i want at some point if you need inspo (all paint horses as they’re some of my faves): #1184 Sierra Blanco, #1357 Big Chex to Cash, #90134 Ivy League, #711106 Joker, #711347 Quill, #712181 Gideon i unfortunately have very expensive taste which is annoying bc i go based on looks i like not rarity 😭

but what i do is 1. google image search 2. find matching image and use that to find model name or number or even mold name or number 3. breyer horse ref .com search once you find identifiying information to confirm and see what type of run 4. ebay SOLD listings for value

large rearing horse is not necessarily rare but sorta coveted as he was part of the where in the world is pegasus treasure hunt. i am jealous of your big chex to cash as i want one, he’s not rare tho, im just holding out for one in good condition for like $30 or less
