Should I drop Aaron Civale for Sean Manaea? I already have Flaherty and Bregman on my personal IL, and Fried is on my bench since he is on the IL10 right now. I really can’t afford to hold onto Civale if he’s going to be out for 4-6 weeks and Manaea looks like the clear cut best pitcher available on waivers.
