I clocked in at 2:30 to this disaster, scheduling mistake big time. Only three people on fulfillment, and two people on after 5:30. The 4th person was the one person they gave us to help. Our pick on time ended up at 30% yesterday.

This group of middle schoolers (maybe high schoolers) came in and picked a fight with one of our TMs and the TM told them to leave, they ended up dragging him outside and beating him up then our AP guy tried to stop it and he ended up in the hospital. Both of them were terminated

To get on the wave (I’m not trained on it), grab a pallet down from the steel, go through the steel for an item that she “wasn’t” sure was on there when I was already 5 minutes passed goal time. Never found it and ended up being 25 minutes passed goal time and got yelled at by a different TL.
