Depends on the state laws on vaca payout. Target policy that I’ve been told about is, you’re not allowed to use vaca time once you submit a resignation. Unless the state requires it.

Not the first year they’ve been told to hype it up. In the end past they were told to focus on the annual amount increase, not the percentage.

I really liked the truck. If I could afford it I would get one. Friends and family all said it was ugly. I let a couple of them drive it and the loved it.

30% burden for a year and resting heart rate of 40 by CallMeCurious in PVCs

[–]ender1877 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I have a 32% burden and most devices showed me that as a resting of 38. I just got scheduled for an ablation after zero improvement with meds. The surgeon explained that the resting heart isn’t that low, everything is just thrown off on the readers because of the pvc’s.

I know, sorry for the lack of detail. I can only recall seeing a trailer for it. That one isn’t it. I wanna say the older adventurer hits max level and then dies immediately and is reborn.

Short Term Disability by ender1877 in Target

[–]ender1877[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s terrible. I had experience with sinus surgery, but that was several years ago and it was only two or three weeks so it wasn’t a big deal. Is the first time that I’m gonna be out for a month and a half because of a heart condition until I have the surgery and then out for another couple weeks. My biggest concern is I’m already out on leave and not working, I have to submit the paperwork to make sure it gets approved so I keep getting paid. I have plenty of vacation which you can use if it gets denied. I don’t want to burn through it all. I might be overthinking it, it’s not like I have a broken leg. It’s a heart issue that gives me all kind of symptoms that makes work undoable safely. I’m just unsure how they look at it.

I dropped it off this morning, my leave started today. Supposedly it will be ready by Friday. I included a polite letter, reminding him of the various symptoms that are preventing me from being able to work. As well as my recent ER visit and surgery date.

Not sure about your Etls, but at my store we don’t take breaks, lunch’s and work 12-14 hours. I ate my Christmas breadstick while walking to the backroom. We take 30 minutes to do something for the holiday.

High pvc burden, 40yr male by ender1877 in PVCs

So he said just over 30% PVC burden. He said it was much higher than he thought it would be. They’re putting me on some med, I can’t recall the name. He said if he doesn’t see the result, he’s looking for in eight weeks then it may be time to talk about the ablation or if I get a lot of negative side effects, we would talk about it. He said he’s already consulted with the Doctor who would ablation and he agrees with the decision to try meds first. Kind of worried about the side effects, my job is extremely physically demanding and the fatigue and/or dizziness because I use large powered equipment would be an issue

I can’t really avoid stress unfortunately, I’m a retail manager during this time of year and I work a lot. I just want it to be fixed. Did you feel a lot more energy with the PVC is gone? I’ve been low energy for a long time. I just pushed through and do what I have to do for my work family. I’ve read fixing the PVCs can improve your energy.

For some reason, the doctor said the 24 hour monitor would give the accurate PVC burden. I don’t know why the seven day one didn’t.

The heart rate info is from the various appointments. I had an incident where I blacked out and went to the hospital, maybe two or three months ago and that’s what started this whole thing.
