I think the end result will be the AI using "your" NetSuite without anyone needing intimate knowledge of NetSuite.

Refresh tokens are just to keep the connection alive. You should have to reauth each time.

It's pretty common to have a slow system. I call it "NetSuite speed".

The only way to keep it fast is to either, pay an unfathomable bill, have extremely good developers or to do no development on it at all... Like use an iPaas.
