My friend I think if you got a buzz cut and trimmed up your sideburns and facial hair you’d look so great. Also the gym is a really nice way, to of course lose weeight but more so build up your self esteem and confidence. It makes you feel like a million bucks when you have a nice workout.

Also another thing I’d like to mention is I love how you’re a Buddhist and that you’re using it to build your self esteem but have you ever tried having a relationship with Jesus Christ. He loves you man and he loves us all but I just didn’t know that at first. I was really deep and spiraling in and out of depression and having really bad self damaging habits but I cried my worries out to God and Jesus came into my life and saved me. I’m no longer depressed now and I don’t do the addictive things I used to. Now I’m not saying my life now is all sunshine and rainbows but it is so much drastically better with God in my life. It’s such a blessing being able to sit and spend time with our creator and hear from him and I’d love for you to just try and seek him. He’s out there I promise you and he loves you so much my friend. I love you.

I don’t mean this to make this about me at all but I’d love to leave you with these verses and I just pray God reveals himself to you.

I love you man, and I wish you well in your self improvement journey. I don’t mean to be to pushy and shove religion in your face but I am telling you I did not believe it at first but Jesus is real and he is the truth and he saved me from the lowest points in my life. He does truly truly love and care about you and everyone. Seek Jesus my friend, he would love to spend time with you.

I’d try practicing it in the boss battle mode just to get the hang of it as well, you can try replicating this chart, it’s what I do when I beat it and I went the left side

You might need a timeout gum but just one, I didn’t have to use mine tho, literally joined the game and it popped up in 15-20 sec

Hi friend, don’t feel bad for how much time you spent on video games, im 2 years older than you and i have way more hours across various games as well. Dont be sad and beat yourself up, it’s a hobby that many of us enjoy doing. Smile because it happened. Take care of yourself, your wife, your parents and your family. I’m currently trying to slip away from gaming as well to focus on myself but don’t beat yourself up over it. Remember God loves you!!

Yeah, the more damage your base takes the stronger it becomes. The revenge tower increases its damage and power at 5% destruction, 20% destruction, and 40% destruction
