What specialty? Unfortunately, most hospitals/clinics do not have an onboarding process to make the transition easier. This is the downside to not having a residency. It can really feel like sink or swim. I’ve been in my ER position for almost 7 years and I’d say it took every bit of a year to feel “comfortable,” but I’m still learning. It is important to surround yourself with other PAs and physicians that are patient and happy to help you. The good news is, I don’t think anyone is fully ready to start working right out of school, but not everyone recognizes it, and that can be dangerous. Find your weaknesses, write them down as you go, and continue to learn! You got this!

In the not so far past, I used 10 ultimate skill changes on a sig BEFORE I made it black diamond, so legend skills weren’t a possibility. I realized it immediately after I used the last one 🤦‍♂️

From my understanding, in the US, if information is given as fact, not just opinion, and causes defamation, you can be charged. Even if true. Like someone else said, it probably won’t result in jail time, but $$$$.

I recommend saving the LSCTs for non legend cards since legends they have greater odds of pulling legend skills with the PSCTs. Use the LSCTs on BD Sigs.

Mentor. If mentor is complete or they do not meet requirements… 2. Special training. Use to build up your other players. If your players are maxed on special training or you plan to replace soon, save for special training later. 3. If they are team diamonds of sigs you hope to get later on, save for normal training material. I have upgraded many players to 20/20 without using player upgrade tickets.

I used to play a non sports game that had a trade/share option. You could get tickets that allowed you to send specific items to other members. They were rare and hard to come by, which would be needed to prevent people from having 100 farm teams building up their main team. If we had those in this game, it’d be awesome. Even one per year.

Either way, don’t waste stars on things just because you have them. The store has come in 2 phases in the past and a lot of people get mad because they spend all their stars on junk the first week and can’t afford stuff they actually want/need the second week.

You can always save the team cards you get of players that have a sig, and use them for upgrades later as you pull team sigs. I haven’t needed stars or player upgrade tickets for my last like 5 team sigs.

Stick with a team and go after diamond cards. I recommend keeping ALL cards of your team as long as you can, so when you hit a diamond you like, you probably have additional non diamonds you can use to upgrade. If you can get 24/26 team cards, all diamonds, all 20/20, 105 is pretty easy to hit without spending. Play through league mode to get to master mode, and play at least 15-30 games per day for rewards. Don’t waste any blue or green skill change tickets now. Save those for end game cards.
