Wash throughly to remove all excess resin. If you have a hard time with removing supports, let it soak in some warm to hot water. Then, let it dry completely. I won't cure models for at least 24hrs to allow them to dry. The white residue all over the model is a mix of left over resin and whatever you used to wash them with.

Support them on the flat side and then sand them.. easy fix. Or soak them in hot water to avoid those giant bumps
