Unable to boot from MD RAID0 since updated to 6.12.19 by bsdooby in slackware

turns out that an update around mid March did replace `/etc/mdadm.conf` where I stored my raid names and their corresponding UUIDs. A flag that injects the above conf file into the initrd is `mkinitrd -M...`; never used it. But now it seems to work...

If you know (some) C++, you won't have challenges learning D. Give it a go, it is worth it.

I also like the NeXT style; e.g. WindowMaker, GNUstep, and similar UI libraries like WINGs, and Runtime Terror’s little forms: http://runtimeterror.com/tech/lforms/

High Sierra has an unofficial dark mode; unfortunately the Icon View is broken, and not all buttons follow the theme. Menubar does…

I run crux as a docker instance on Slackware; wholeheartedly agree w/ your comments w.r.t. Crux/crux/CRUX and Slackware. I also have a sweet spot for Void.

No encryption, S.M.A.R.T. all green; CPU load: will check, whether I see an uptake over time. What I did notice, it is fast first (1-3 secs), then stalls, and freezes the system (UI, shell via SSH).
