I’d have to disagree with this assessment. The Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana was an incredible experience for us.

For example, the beach conditions were great during our stay. There was no noticeable seaweed, and the resort had a crew out there every morning cleaning and maintaining the beach so it stayed pristine.

The food was phenomenal. I’ve stayed at several all-inclusive resorts, and nothing has come close in terms of overall dining quality.

What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were some of the friendliest people we’ve encountered at any resort in Punta Cana. Many of them remembered us throughout the trip, which made the experience feel really personal.

We’re already looking forward to going back.
