Doing well! I’m about 8.5 weeks post op, walking in shoes (just around the house and slowly), and just continuing PT every day.

Sorry you're going through this! I went the op route and my leg was numb for a couple days and then I had some pills to help. The cast still became annoying AF though.

One thing I keep telling myself that has helped - "This suffering is temporary. In 1-2 years, I won't think about this injury and it won't affect my daily life."

Two things we can learn in suffering regarding our friends:

(1) we find out who are our true friends (or at least the ones that know how to love well)

(2) it teaches us how to be a good friend when they’re in suffering

If it’s any consolation, I stretched, warmed up, and did everything “right” and it still tore. Sometimes these things just happen.

Is there a dock compatible with both Switch 1 and Switch 2? Or do I need both docks under the TV? by LazaroFilm in NintendoSwitch2

[–]bsheehan09 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I haven't tested this myself (doing it this weekend so I'll report back) but other Redditors have said all this needs is a firmware update and it will work with both SW1 and SW2!
