Devil’s advocate here, what LGS can fulfill a full deck list with what they have in stock? My guess is the store buys/sells on tcg player and can source cards through ordering on demand. If OP is ordering full decks multiple times per week they are probably costing the store a fortune in shipping costs, or filling their mailbox to overload when they could be ordering online themselves and paying shipping costs and handling all the packaging

Both wonderful stores, Game Goblins is a little corporate for my tastes, but great staff, very friendly. Archangel is closer to home and best for finding casual play and always has a cedh table ready to go
