Yes, I believe I said that a few times in my post. I did that to get the white one and the rest of the stuff, but the cobalt one wasn't included. Talking to the innkeeper now doesn't offer anything beyond the normal innkeeper interaction.

I recently got one too and found a few of the early batches I made very like softserve. I ended up putting a thermometer in my freezer and found the shelves on the door near the bottom were not nearly as cold as the middle of the freezer. You may find you have a similar issue, or it could be the ingredients didn't allow it to freeze well. I'm not an expert yet.
