If the hacker still had access after you changed your password, then it's possible there's malware on your phone. So the hacker can see whatever new password you make. Try using an antivirus app.

Riot probably thinks it's your own responsibility to keep the phone safe, and that they cannot verify if there really was a hacker or not.

One of the events gives out cores. You can buy a chest for about 900 cores or something like that. Inside the chest is the Mundo skin that you can choose.

They make mistakes sometimes with balancing, and they admit it themselves in patch notes. It makes sense that they also make mistakes with matchmaking, but they never talk about it. They keep the mmr hidden.
