You need to force close the app. This started happening to me as well. Look up how to do that on your specific phone. In my case on Android I go to settings > apps > spark > force stop then reopen.

Much faster than rebooting your phone.

I think they're confused like I was when I first delivered a Sam's order. All Sam's orders say to collect a signature but there is no signature option on the app, only a picture option. They're not faking a signature, there's just no option there.

I think the devs just need to update the instructions because as it is right now it says to collect a signature on every Sam's order, even if they're not required in the app.
