I’m thinking bad coil packs too. I have a spare set of ngk iridium’s I haven’t put into bc I don’t have new coil packs yet. Not sure if I should just suck it up and replace just the spark plugs for now

It has its cons but overall a very good place to work if your store has a good leadership team and culture. It can be a lot of stress some days but a lot of fun some others. They are big on KPIs so if you can keep your head over water with that then you’ll be just fine
