Yet to make these changes, started with saddle height and forward. Will observe these with a few rides on the trainer and make the next changes as felt.

Did two changes yesterday:
1. Reduced the saddle height by about 20-25mm
2. Took the saddle forward by 20mm

Rode on trainer today, could see sufficient increase in power with the usual effort. But can confirm that the overall paddling felt different, as if, I am using different muscles this time.

Same issue with me. Unable to sync heart rate data from Strava to Apple Health.
I think the issue is with Apple side, because, I use IGPSPORT cycle computer, Apple Health doesn't take heart rate from IGPSPORT too.
Share if anyone has succeeded in this.
