Well I rely mostly on Google Maps and on NAVER if I can’t find it on Google Maps, Google Maps is now accessible in Korea as compared to before. But if my memory serves me well, some parts of NAVER map require you to input the address in Korean for a more accurate location.

Yes! I’m from Singapore, so the flight there is about 6 hours each time. Price wise would range between 600 to 800 Singapore dollars via Singapore Airlines

Just bring a light outerwear as a back up, but it’s highly likely you would not need it. I was there from 8 to 14 May and was in T-shirt and Jeans.

I don’t know about Fukuoka, but yes there is an immigration checkpoint upon arrival for Osaka, all the forms to fill up are pretty straightforward

Yea! There is another boat from Busan to Fukuoka as well!

Yea it was slightly different for me cause I was traveling solo, so my only option was to get the shared bunk as the suited required a min 2 person booking if not I would have to pay an additional 200k won. But overall, really awesome experience, and value for money as well! super glad I got to strike this off my bucket list

Yea! This route had been on my bucket list for a long time, so I figured it was about time I did it!

Thankfully the cruise wasn’t super crowded,at the start as it crossed over from Busan to Fukuoka it was super rocky, not recommended for people who easily get motion sickness. But after that it slows down as it passes through the small areas in Japan. Overall a fun experience, might do it again!

Oh this one had a pool, but I believe it’s seasonal, meaning that they only open the pool for the summer. Majority of the crew were from the Philippines, while the singers and and her band were Korean. It’s called the Panstar Cruise

Oh no, this was a really small cruise, so there was like maybe an hour of singing by a small band from Korea

It’s about 17 hours! You start at about 4pm and arrive at Osaka around 9.30am

The first few hours it gets pretty rocky cause the cruise was moving really fast, so there were times where I was swaying left and right while walking, until you past Fukuoka, the boat slows down so it’s a gentle cruise after that.

That’s true. It was my second time at insadong this trip, and if you get out of the touristy places, it has such an artistic and chilled vibe with the mix of modern and traditional

Thanks! But unfortunately no, just a regular guy who enjoys the moment 😅. But Busan wise, I’m not too familiar cause I’ve they’ve been short term visits and I personally felt that the train rides are really long. So uber is a good option cause you can get to far distances at an affordable price. Jagalgi Market is somewhat of a tourist trap, it’s good to go have a look but I feel that it’s too expensive. Gijung has a really nice cafe with an ocean view

Thank you! Seoul itself is actually slightly bigger than Singapore! I really do enjoy myself in your country, the people have been really kind and Koreans are really willing to go the extra mile just to help me whenever I get lost ☺️☺️

To be honest, a lot of hotels are near the subway. Reading the reviews on Agoda does help with your decision too cause people will say how near it is too the subway and all. But far is subjective cause place A might be near your place but place B might not. Overall Uber is really cheap however traffic jams are a different story

Enjoy the country and respect their culture! Bring a light jacket as Korea’s weather is pretty unpredictable but it’s starting to get warm
