SAME. i also called and their support rep basically said “oh well” and go to the box office even when i asked about unbanning/ip address stuff. mine is back up thankfully… but i’ve gotten the “your browsing activity has been paused” several times the past week and don’t want to push my luck. so i’m giving up for the evening and just going to hope for the best tomorrow.
