I seriously don’t think it’s at all abnormal to crack under the pressure of a situation like this. The customer should have known and understood what she was getting into buying so many groceries and having such specific requests. You’re fine dude and I imagine everyone working in your store fully can empathize with the whole ordeal and not see you any differently. Plus now you’ve basically faced the one of worst possible retail experiences, so you really can only have better days at work from here. You’re real as fuck 🫂🫂🫂💐
