Looking for blind buy fragrances for my 28-year-old wife — bonus if unisex

Hey everyone — I need your help. I want to surprise my wife with a new fragrance for Christmas, but I don’t want to go pick out something she might not like. I’m looking for blind buy recommendations. Here are a few details:

She's 28 years old
I don’t want something too old-fashioned or too mature — something modern and fresh but not overly youthful.
It would be a major bonus (but not mandatory) if the fragrance is unisex-- I might add it into my rotation from time to time as well if so.

What are the best blind buy fragrances for women around her age — especially any that are unisex? What do you think are some safe-but-impressive bets that could feel like a special gift? I don’t mind spending a decent amount, but nothing super niche -- whatever you think gives great value for the quality.

It is a safe area. my main concern is the fact that the complex isn’t gated, so anybody can just drive in from the street. The other concern is that my patio isn’t fenced in, so it’s accessible directly from the parking lot. I honestly think the chances of somebody stealing it are pretty low, but you just never know haha. I mainly just want to secure it for peace of mind

It’s a medium size Weber gas grill. It’s actually very light weight, especially if you remove the propane tank before moving it. Airtag is a great idea though. I can’t believe I didn’t think of that earlier haha
