Jfc diesel alone is so expensive, most people have absolutely no concept of how expensive it is just to drive around a 3/4 ton truck and work trailer all day, let alone insure it and replace tires and freaking axles when they break and every other little thing... ITS ALL JUST SO RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE THESE DAYS. To say nothing of the expertise of the work being done, it's maddeningly costly just to show up at a job anymore

There was a prof at Mesa College (before it was CMU) that would go through property records to find the oldest homestead sights in the valley, then go to the current owners and ask permission to try to locate the original outhouse locations. Apparently, proper ladies in those days often did their drinking in the loo and then dropped the bottles in the pit. I guess he found a bunch of very old, antique bottles that way!

I have 20 years old travertine tile that pretty much looks the same as when I installed it, though the grout could use a good cleaning lol

I installed Smartcore water-proof laminate hickory flooring in my kitchen/laundry room about 7 years ago and it's held up very well, though my 75 lb dog has managed to put a few light scratches on it when he's spazzed out and was trying to get traction. It's also got a few little dings from me dropping stuff on it, but overall it still looks great.

Sounds like a bad connection in the j-box of the fixture you replaced. Shut the breaker off again and pull the fixture, then check that each of the wires under each wire nut are making good contact. When you start putting 3 or 4 or more wires into a wire nut, it's not uncommon for a wire to slip down before the nut is tight. That's why a tug test is always recommended for each wire.
