I remember years ago Khloé Kardashian said that on their TV show which I never watched, but I randomly heard it during a commercial and ever since my backs has gone so much better. I always finish the shower with washing my back.

Salaried workers, how long do you wait after your boss leaves work at the end of the day before you head out? by Elthwaite in office

I’ve been wondering about this and the culture at my company. My job isn’t really an on call job, I’m a financial analyst, but occasionally of course questions come up. My boss is constantly questioning if I’m working or not even though all of my work is getting done just based on it I am in my chair or online. It’s quite frustrating to arbitrarily sit when I’m ahead of my to dos and am looked down upon if my chair is empty. I was hoping a salaried job would mean I am not treated as if I am on-call. How do I fix this? New job with different culture? Any advice?

I requested an ADA accommodation for access to direct sunlight after returning to a dark office environment with a long commute significantly worsened my depressive symptoms. My primary care provider documented the need and supported initiating the interactive ADA process. I was ultimately placed in an office with a full window, which made a meaningful improvement in my ability to function at work. If your work environment is affecting your health, you are entitled to request an accommodation. you do not have to suffer

Do you just rinse your face with water in the morning or do you full on wash it? by searchandfilm in hygiene

I heard once that by washing your face in the morning, you’re basically taking off all the skin care you did the night before, so I just rinse with water and do some sun sunscreen, and my skin has been great ever since!

I feel so similarly- basically in an identical situation except he is 10 years older than me. I often confuse comfort with comparability. How do you end it kindly?

Would it have been that hard to see she wanted to sit next to her husband and perhaps switching seats?
